I love shopping for kayaking gifts and paddling safety supplies, but looking at new kayaks is my favorite.
Everyday it seems there are great new boats with
exciting new features. My wife Dianne thinks she
wants to try a Sit-On-Top Kayak in the 11 to 12 foot
range. As for myself, I prefer Sit-Inside Kayaks.
Must have kayak features for me are: comfy seat, back
rest, capacity of 225 lbs or more, foot pegs, deck
rigging, bright color, good stability and rugged
construction. Dry storage and sealed bulkheads are
nice features to have as well.
You can get a lot of ideas for your kayaking
adventures just by browsing our paddlers supply store.
